We therefore restate and clearly too that the said offending statement made above, was made in ERROR and was not intended to deceive or mislead the public, as same may have appeared to be.

We hereby undertake NOT to make such a mistake again or to authorize and or permit any person or persons to publish any such statement again on our behalf.
