Students of Rochas Foundation School on Monday, in Owerri took to the streets to protest the arrest of the founder of their school, Senator Rochas Okorocha, representing Imo west federal constituency in the Nigeria Senate Chambers.

Candidreporters.com had earlier reported that the ex-governor stormed the estate with his supporters, policemen, soldiers and personnel of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps on Sunday morning and ordered the unsealing of the estate.

The state’s Commissioner for Lands, Enyinnaya Onuegbu, on Friday, said the government had recovered Royal Palm Estate on Akachi Road, Owerri, allegedly belonging to Nkechi which has been sealed.
