Prof. Anthony Chidi Brains Agbazuere, the Peoples Democratic party (PDP) Candidate for Isiala Ngwa North/South Federal Constituency in the just concluded February 25, National Assembly election, also the former Chief of Staff to Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State has threatened to file a legal suit against the Department of State Services (DSS) and any other security agencies “if Tony Otuonye is not released forthwith”.

Candidreporters.com recalls that Tony Otuonye the Director of Abia State Signage and Advertisement Agency was arrested by DSS over treat to sacrifice and kill any Abia electorate who will vote against his preferred guber Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate Chief Okey Ahiwe.

In the latest video seen by candidreporters.com, on Tuesday, Prof ACB Agbazuere holds the position that Otuonye made a mere statement that hasn’t been matched with actions, thus, he has not committed any offence by threatening an action which he did not execute.

In his own words; “Those things were mere intentions, they have not been matched with actions”…..

He also compared and argued with a said incidence where someone threatened Governor Okezie Ikpeazu and ended up with no definite punishment.
