Following the reaction of Prof. Anthony Chidi Brains Agbazuere over the arrest of Tony Otuonye who was arrested by the Department of State Services (DSS) over treat to sacrifice and kill any Abia electorate who will vote against his preferred guber Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate Chief Okey Ahiwe, Rt. Hon. Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji, the Speaker of Abia state House of Assembly has warned Prof ACB Agbazuere to “stay clear”.
This was contained in a press statement released on Tuesday by Jude Chijioke Ndukwe ,
Chief Press Secretary to the Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly.
Prof ACB Agbazuere is the immediate past Chief of Staff to Abia State governor Okezie Ikpeazu while Tony Otuonye is the Director of Abia State Signage and Advertisement Agency.
In the trending video seen by candidreporters.com, on Tuesday, Prof ACB Agbazuere holds the positions that Otuonye has not committed any offence by threatening an action which he did not execute. He revealed that a case of such happened sometime ago, where someone threatened Governor Okezie Ikpeazu. ACB Agbazuere mentioned the interference of the Speaker of Abia State House Assembly in the matter.
The press release clarifies that; “It has therefore become pertinent to state that the Speaker does not owe the said ACB Agbazuere any explanation as regards the role(s) he might have played during his father’s reign as the Governor of Abia State.”
Also in the release, the speaker holds that “this is the second time the said Agbazuere has attempted to desperately seek the attention of the Speaker by blackmailing and dragging him into matters that he is not involved in.”

Stay Clear, Abia Speaker Warns ACB Agbazuere
Our attention has been drawn to a video trending on social media platforms wherein one Mr ACB Agbazuere mentioned and vainly attempted to disparage the name of the Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji FNSE, with respect to accusing him of going to Abuja to interfere in a matter being handled by the Nigeria Police Force.
For the records, this is the second time the said Agbazuere has attempted to desperately seek the attention of the Speaker by blackmailing and dragging him into matters that he is not involved in.
It has therefore become pertinent to state that the Speaker does not owe the said ACB Agbazuere any explanation as regards the role(s) he might have played during his father’s reign as the Governor of Abia State or as the Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly.
This release serves as a stern warning to Mr Agbazuere that the Speaker will no longer tolerate the indiscriminate use of his name to achieve selfish purposes.
