The department of state services (DSS) has arrested Tony Otuonye, the Director of Abia State Signage and Advertisement Agency over threatening to sacrifice and kill any Abia electorate who will vote against his preferred Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate Chief Okey Ahiwe.
Tony Otuonye in the video during campaign which went viral on the social media provoked a lot of Abia electorates who felt insured to exercise their franchise.
Candidreporters.com gathered that Otuonye was arrested by men of the Department Of State Services – DSS as his possible associates are been trailed by other security agencies.
In the threatening video, Tony Otuonye said he will sacrifice anyone that will want to stop the emergence of Ahiwe and the PDP in the March 18th governorship election in Abia State.
