The Nigerian government, on Monday lost another application seeking vacation of order by the Oyo State High Court retraining the government from arresting, intimidating, harassing Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Adeyemo, aka Sunday Igboho.
The court had also restrained the government from freezing the bank account of Igboho.
Sunday Adeyemo, Yoruba nation agitator better known as Sunday Igboho, was arrested in Benin Republic by the country’s security forces while he was trying to flee to Germany.

The Department of State Services (DSS) raided the residence of Igboho in Ibadan, Oyo state on July 1.
Igboho had planned a ”Yoruba nation rally” in Lagos two days before the raid.
The DSS raided the residence, killing two people and arresting 12 aides. But Igboho escaped.
The agency alleged that Igboho was stockpiling weapons, and subsequently declared him wanted.
