The Abia State Election Debate Group(ASEDT) has released a new timetable for the earlier publicized debate program organised to engage candidates of various political parties vying for political positions in the 2023 election in the state.

Recall that candidreporters.com had earlier reported a release of a tentative timetable for the debate which was to kick-off on the 5th-14th of December with the house of representatives candidates debate while the senatorial candidates debate will run from 16th-20th December, 2022.

In a latest release by the organisers of the debate, the interactive and engaging event is now scheduled to hold in January 2022.

Candidreporters.com recalls that In 2019, Abia State Election Debate Team shut down the airwaves as candidates of various political parties were engaged and their manifesto interrogated.

The 2023 debate will engage the Governorship candidates, Deputy Governorship, Senatorial and House of Representatives Candidates across Abia State.

The Debate will be aired across partnering radio stations, streamed on online Tv channels from January 2023.

The broadcast media partners for the debate are: FLO 94.9FM, Family Love 99.9FM, Real 99.1 Fm, Vision Africa Radio 104.9FM, BCA 88.9 FM, Rapid 96.5FM, Sun FM Aba, Sun FM Igbere and All-Facts Online TV.
