Hon. Eze Chikamnayo, Abia commissioner for information has faulted the limitation of BIVAS scrutiny to Obingwa local government area of Abia state.
Hon. Chikamnayo made the latest position known on Arise News interview on Wednesday.
Hon Chikamnayo said issues of BIVAS should not be limited to Obingwa alone but proper scrutiny should be done to other local government he mentioned.
Hon Chikamnayo also alleged that professor Nnenna Otti the returning officer for Abia Independent National Electoral Commission INEC is the cousin of Labour party gubernatorial candidate, Dr Alex Otti.
