The Online Media Practitioners Association of Nigeria (OMPAN) has congratulated the Mayor of Umuahia North H/Chief Victor Ikeji on the occasion of his conferment of the academic qualification of Doctor of Philosophy, PhD, by the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN).
Hon.Chief Victor Ikeji is one of Abia’s best and brightest, who is until recently a Masters Degree holder in Political Science with distinction from the University of Ibadan.
