Honouring the Strength and Sacrifice of Our Mothers!!!
Today, as the Catholic Church celebrates Mother’s Day, I pause with deep reverence and gratitude to honour our mothers, the heartbeat of our families and the foundation of our society.
Motherhood is a sacred calling. It is a daily sacrifice, a quiet strength, and an enduring love that asks for nothing in return yet gives everything. Our mothers are our first teachers, our greatest supporters, and our constant source of hope and guidance.
I have seen, time and again, the resilience, courage, and unwavering faith that define our women, from our homes to our communities. You carry burdens with grace, nurture dreams with patience, and hold families together even in the most difficult times.
Today, I celebrate every Catholic mother and indeed all mothers whose lives reflect selflessness and strength. Your impact cannot be measured, and your sacrifices will never go unnoticed.
May God continue to bless you, strengthen you, and reward you abundantly.
