The Governor of Abia State, His Excellency, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, has sent warm greetings to the pioneer Chairman of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Chief Onyema Ugochukwu, OFR, on the occasion of his 81st birthday.
In a birthday message to mark Chief Ugochukwu’s birthday, Governor Otti thanked him for his services to the Nation in particular and society at large through many channels, and enjoined him to continue to share his wealth of knowledge with the younger generation as a way of further contributing to nation-building.
Governor Otti expressed gratitude to God for making it possible for the statesman to be alive and in good health to celebrate his 81st birthday.
The Abia Chief Executive, on behalf of his family, the government and people of Abia State wished Chief Ugochukwu a happy birthday and prayed God to continue to bless him with good health to witness and celebrate more birthdays ahead.
