The governor of Abia State, Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu has fired the Chief Rowland Nwakanma, the Deputy General Manager of Abia State environmental protection Agency (ASEPA) Aba and all the local government waste management Zonal heads.

Candidreporters.com earlier reported that the governor few weeks ago fired Mr. Eze Okwulehie, the the General Manager of Abia State Environmental Protection Agency (ASEPA), Umuahia.

The sack was contained in statement signed by Barr Chris Ezem, Secretary to Abia State Government .

This development is coming as the state management handlers are not leaving up to expectation in the waste management of the state as evident in the state.

Political analyst and critics have faulted the inability of the governor to exercise his political will by checkmating and sacking any political appointee who is not leaving up to expectation on the grand purpose of moving governance in the state forward. However the reason for increasing failure in waste disposal and management by the handlers is yet to be made public to the knowledge and records of candidreporters.com.
