On this special day, I join the good people of Abia State and Nigerians at large to celebrate Her Excellency Lady Priscilla Otti as she celebrates the completion of an eventful year cycle and the beginning of another promising season.
As our dear Governor’s wife, you have demonstrated exceptional leadership, compassion, and commitment to the welfare of our people. Without any doubt, your selfless efforts to uplift the less privileged members of the society, as exemplified by your passion for human rights, child care and women empowerment, continue to serve as a befitting supplement that complements the transformational New Abia vision of our Governor.
I wish you a happy birthday and many more years of good health, longevity, and continued service to humanity. It is my fervent prayer that this milestone attainment signals the beginning of greater accomplishments and blessings for you and Abia’s first family.
