The National Assembly screening appeal panel of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) have finally cleared Hon. Emeka Nnamani to contest the forthcoming party primary election to elect the candidate that will fly the flag of the party for Aba North/South Federal Constituency election in 2023.

Hon. Nnamani was cleared after he presented to the APGA screening appeal panel evidence of clearance from a high court of competent jurisdiction, the Nigerian Police and the University of Porthacourt, absolving him of any certificate forgery or malpractice of any sort whatsoever.

Recall that last week, Hon. Emeka Nnamani, a frontline aspirant for Aba North/South Federal Constituency seat on the platform of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), was erroneously disqualified by the party’s screening panel saddled with the responsibility of screening aspirants for the election.

He expressed gratitude to the party’s screening appeal panel for correcting the error and commended them for their courage.

In his words: “I am much more prepared and ready for the forthcoming party primary election and in all ramifications, I am the best and most qualified aspirant to clinch the ticket to represent our party at the general election next year.
I thank the screening appeal panel for their courage in correcting the error and I sincerely appreciate them for that”

‘I was erroneously disqualified by the screening panel who probably mistook me for another person, but after critical examination of my documents and credentials, I have been cleared to participate in the upcoming primary election and I thank God for that”.

Hon. Emeka Nnamani is a former member of Aba State House Of Assembly that represented Aba North State Constituency in the 6th Assembly.
