The leadership of the Young Progressives Party(YPP) in Abia State has made an adjustment in the party’s state congress and primary election timetable. 

The adjustment was contained in a press release signed by Hon. Nelcinn Uluoha and made available to candidreporters.com on Thursday .

In the revised timetable, the party stated that the state congress  election for party officials is now scheduled to hold on Saturday 28th May, 2022.

The adjustment is said to enable the party hold her House of Representatives and Senatorial primaries on 29th May, 2022 and  the Guber primaries on June 1, 2022.

The approved delegates are:

Chairman
Secretary
Woman Leaders

The arrangement is applicable for each ward same as local government areas.

The Venue is Nelcinn Secondary School, Umuawa Alaocha, Uhuhu Umuahia North Local government area of Abia State

Time is 10am prompt.

There are Logistics arrangement made through the Zonal Chairmen which two buses will be made available for each local government area.

Also in the release, Hon Nelcinn, the party chairman, stated that he is proud and delighted to have all wonderful members of YPP,  also appreciating the commitment showed by members during Wednesday’s meeting.

“You  showed how stronger and united we are as a party.” Hon.Uluocha said.
