ABIA: APC Umuahia North Stakeholders Cede House of Representatives Slot To Ohuhu Clan

The All Progressives Congress ( APC) Umuahia North Stakeholders have agreed that the House of Representatives position for the Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency be ceded to the Ohuhu Clan to enable the clan complete the remaining four years of the existing eight-year tenure arrangement.

According to the communiqué seen by CANDID REPORTERS, the group has it that all aspirants present at the meeting collectively agreed to support the emergence of an Ohuhu son Mayor Lucky Igbokwe (Don Lulu) for the House of Representatives position in the spirit of unity, fairness, and political inclusiveness.

The decision was reached on Thursday after wide consultations and mutual agreement among stakeholders, party leaders, and all aspirants in attendance at the meeting

COMMUNIQUÉ ISSUED AT THE END OF THE MEETING OF UMUAHIA NORTH STAKEHOLDERS AND HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES ASPIRANTS

Following extensive deliberations and in the interest of equity, fairness, and political stability within the Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency, stakeholders and aspirants vying for the House of Representatives seat have unanimously resolved as follows:

  1. That the House of Representatives position for the Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency be ceded to the Ohuhu Clan to enable the clan complete the remaining four years of the existing eight-year tenure arrangement.
  2. That this decision was reached after wide consultations and mutual agreement among stakeholders, party leaders, and all aspirants in attendance at the meeting.
  3. That all aspirants present at the meeting collectively agreed to support the emergence of an Ohuhu son Mayor Lucky Igbokwe (Don Lulu) for the House of Representatives position in the spirit of unity, fairness, and political inclusiveness.
  4. That all party faithful, supporters, and stakeholders across the constituency are urged to remain united and committed to the overall success of the party in the forthcoming elections.
