APC Chieftain and Former Minister of State, Mines and Steel Development, Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah, FCA, CON, has warmly felicitated with Dr. Emeka Wogu, PhD, CON, Chairman of the South East Development Commission (SEDC), on the occasion of his birthday.
Dr. Uche Ogah described Dr. Wogu as an accomplished administrator, seasoned technocrat, and visionary leader from Abia State, whose lifelong commitment to public service, good governance, and regional development continues to inspire confidence, optimism, and renewed hope across the South East and the nation at large. He noted that Dr. Wogu’s emergence as Chairman of the South East Development Commission is not only well-deserved but also symbolic of the depth, resilience, and quality of leadership that Abia State has consistently contributed to national development over the years.
He emphasized that Dr. Wogu’s leadership at the SEDC represents a defining opportunity to drive inclusive growth, accelerate critical infrastructural renewal, and promote sustainable economic development across the South East region, particularly through strategic partnerships, sound institutional reforms, and people-centered policies that directly respond to the aspirations and developmental needs of the zone.
