Former Minister of of State For Mines and Steel Development Dr Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah PhD, (CON), FCA, has been honoured by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Abia State branch, as a banking ICON for his Professional excellence in Banking.
The honour held at a dinner and lecture in commemoration of 2024 Bankers Week held Saturday 14th December at Abia Hotels, Umuahia.

Surely, this award will add more strength and vitality to Dr. Ogah in his dedication and unwavering pursuit for excellence, human capital development, integrity and social responsibility.
His Excellency, Dr. Alex Otti, (OFR), the Executive Governor of Abia State was the distinguish guest at the event while Prof. Pius Deji Olanrewaju, President/Chairman of the Council, CIBN was the special guest and other important digintries in attendance.
