Hon. Iheanyi Frank Chinasa, Chief Liaison and National Assembly Liaison has emphasized that the ‘New Abia’ administration of Governor Alex Otti of Abia State remains open to collaborations that promote industrialization, job creation, and sustainable development.
Hon. Chinasa made the reaffirmation on Monday at a high-level Business Dinner with the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) at the Transcorp Hilton in Abuja where he represented Governor Alex Otti.
The event was convened by Hon. Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Mr. Wale Edun, in honor of the visiting Vice President of the Islamic Development Bank, Mr. Rami Ahmad.
The Business Dinner brought together top government officials and finance stakeholders, such as the Minister of Finance, the Vice President of the Islamic Development Bank and the President of the Nigerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Also in attendance are industry leaders, development partners, and private sector stakeholders. They were all on ground to discuss strengthening collaboration with the IsDB in areas such as economic growth, infrastructure development, and investment opportunities across Nigeria.
in his speech during the event, Hon Chinasa reiterated Governor Otti’s Commitment to creating an enabling environment for partnerships that will accelerate Abia State’s economic transformation agenda.
“The New Abia administration remains open to collaborations, promoting industrialization, job creation, and sustainable development”. Hon. Chinasa said.
He appreciated the Islamic Development Bank for their support and provision of facilities aimed at deepening the socio-economic developmental agenda of the state.
Hon. Chinasa also hinted that Abia State’s participation in the gathering underscores Governor Otti’s administration’s proactive engagement in attracting international investments and development partnerships that align with its vision of building a modern, prosperous, and business-friendly Abia.
