The Executive Governor of Abia State, His Excellency, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, mourns the passing of a revered elder statesman and Chairman of the Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF), Chief (Dr.) Senator Edwin Kiagbodo Clark, CON.

Governor Otti is deeply saddened by the demise of Pa Clark, who was a patriot and elder statesman. “Pa Clark’s passing is a great loss to the nation and I extend my heartfelt condolences to his family, the Government and people of Delta State, the Ijaw Nation, and the Federal Republic of Nigeria,” Governor Otti said.

The Governor described Pa Clark as a nationalist who dedicated his life to the service of Nigeria, particularly the Niger Delta region. “His contributions to the development of our nation will be remembered for generations to come,” Governor Otti added.
