On a strategic business visit to Russellglen Company, a Texas based leading real estate firm with over $450 million in investments, Chief Iheanyi Frank Chinasa has reached mutually beneficial agreements and endorsed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mr Terrence Maiden, CEO of Russellglen Company, aimed at transforming Aba, Abia State, Nigeria into a thriving hub of economic growth consistent with global standards.

The meeting, which took place at the company’s headquarters explored opportunities for real estate development, infrastructure improvement, and economic growth in Aba, with a focus on creating a sustainable and prosperous future for the indigenes of the state.

Chief Chinasa, a renowned leader of the Labour Party (LP) and advocate for economic development in Abia State, expressed his enthusiasm for the potential partnership, stating: “This collaboration is in furtherance of the efforts by our Governor Dr Alex Otti to attract direct foreign investments to our state. It marks a significant milestone in our efforts to revitalize Aba and position it as a major economic hub in Nigeria. We are in a hurry to leverage Russellglen’s expertise and resources to create a thriving economic ecosystem that benefits our people and drives growth.”
