Renowned political leader and advocate for development, Chief Frank Iheanyi Chinasa, has made a passionate call for renewed focus on transformational grassroots development in Bende Local Government Area. This appeal comes on the heels of the recent inauguration of the newly elected Bende Local Government Council under the leadership of Deacon Uwabunkeonye Bassey.
Speaking against the backdrop of the overwhelming grassroots support accorded the newly elected Council leadership, Chief Chinasa urged the Mayor and his administration not to relent in their efforts to develop all communities in Bende.
He stressed the importance of evolving innovative policies that would drive unparalleled social, infrastructural, and human development in the region and emphasized the need to partner locally based groups in promoting community participation as a way of stemming youth restiveness and criminal tendencies.

To empower the younger generation and foster a productive society, Chief Chinasa proposed the establishment of platforms for youth engagement, promotion of creative training programs and skill acquisition initiatives. According to him, implementing collaborative programmes between the local government, community stakeholders, and youth bodies would create lasting solutions and bring about transformative progress in Bende.

While reaffirming his commitment to the development of Bende, Chief Chinasa pledged to collaborate closely with the Mayor and his team to ensure sustainable growth and empowerment in the area, assuring his steadfastness and dedication to the advancement of the well-being of the people of Bende.
