Bandits Kill MACBAN Chairman, Kidnap Wives, Daughter

Suspected bandits have killed Alhaji Surajo Ahmed, the Katsina State Chairman of the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN).

CANDID REPORTERS also gathered that the suspected bandits carried out the attack at about 10pm on Saturday as they also kidnapped his two wives and daughter.

According to MACBAN National President, Alhaji Baba Usman Ngelzarma, the attackers, who

He added that the association has contacted the police and other security agencies to investigate the matter and ensure the release of the kidnap victims.

“The incident happened yesterday around 10 pm in the night. We have contacted police and other security bodies for intervention,” he said.

Abubakar Sadiq Aliyu, the Police Public Relations Officer of the Katsina State Command, did not answer his calls or reply to a text message sent to him.
