Police Service Commission (PSC) have been tasked by some retired police officers to obey the judgment of the national industrial court, which ordered their reinstatement. The officers, through their lawyer, Adeleke Agbola, instituted contempt proceedings against the PSC and the inspector-general of police (IGP), over the “non-compliance” to the 2022 court order.
