Abdullahi Ganduje has resigned from his position as national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Ganduje, who served as governor of Kano from 2015 to 2023, announced his resignation with immediate effect. Armed Bandits has attacked a police camp in Makuku Village in the Sakaba Local Government Area of Kebbi state, Nigeria. Passengers who boarded commercial vehicle of Benue Links Transport Company has been hijacked by hoodlums at Eke, along the Otukpo-Otukpa Road in Okpokwu Local Government Area of Benue State. The memorial park in Ondo built to honour and immortalise the worshippers of St Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Owo, killed in 2022 has been demolished by Ondo government. The memorial park was built by a former governor of the state, the late Rotimi Akeredolu.
