A Former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development Dr Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah has bagged a Doctor of Business Administration from the Lead City University Ibadan. This is in addition to other academic feats from the Oxford University, London Business and Harvard University London. Senator Orji Kalu has revealed that Simon Ekpa, self-proclaimed leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), threatened him for not supporting Biafra. CANDID REPORTERS recalls that on November 21, the police in Finland arrested the pro-Biafra agitator. He was subsequently sent to prison by the district court of Päijät-Häme for “spreading terrorist propaganda on social media”. Ekpa was said to have committed the crime in 2021 in Lahti municipality. Francis Nwifuru, Governor of Ebonyi State has given workers in the state 72 hours ultimatum to resume work or get sacked. Governor Nwifuru’s action followed a seven days warning strike embarked on by the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, Ebonyi State wing. Addressing newsmen on Monday in his office at the new Government House, Centenary City, Abakaliki, Nwifuru said the state government is not owing any worker.
