His leadership of UAAP, the group noted, has been marked by unity, creativity, and genuine passion for the socio-political growth of Abia.
The message highlighted his role as a core supporter of Governor Alex Otti’s transformational leadership, affirming that his strong voice, influence, and goodwill have greatly complemented the governor’s vision of a new Abia.
UAAP went further to pray for God’s continuous blessings upon Dr. Offor, wishing him sound health, enlarged vision, renewed strength, and uncommon favour in all his endeavors.
“On this special day, we celebrate a man who has not only conquered the world in the wrestling arena but has also continued to conquer hearts through his humility, philanthropy, and unrelenting love for his people. May the years ahead bring him greater accomplishments, joy, and fulfillment,” the statement read.
