Residents of Eziala Nsulu of Isiala ngwa north Local Government Area of Abia State has applauded the effort of the Nigerian Police, Abia State command in curbing the area of criminal activities.

Recently, the commissioner of Police, Abia State command, Jane Agbede led a team of policemen that visited a flashlight area of Eziala Nsulu where kidnapping activities was flourishing.

The commissioners visit led to the demolition of the kidnappers den in the community.

Due to this development, natives of the community is restating their support to Abia State Government and Security Agencies not to relent in riding of criminals and hoodlums from their community.

In echoing the effort of security operatives, the community leader of Eziala Nsulu, Ndukwe Amanze expressed satisfaction in the latest effort of the Nigerian police to rid of criminals from the community.

Ndukwe however noted that the residents promptly reported the situation to security agencies which promoted swift reaction from the police.

“We will continue to partner with security agencies with prompt information to fish out bad eggs that are tarnishing the image of Eziala Nsulu.” Ndukwe added.

Kidnapping activities has been a source of concern in most part of isi-alangwa north area of Abia State and security agencies have doubled their efforts to rid of the criminals with the emergence of the new commissioner of police of Abia State, Janet Agbede.
