Abayi police station located at World Bank Housing Estate in Aba, Abia State has been attacked by unidentified hoodlums at about 2am Tuesday night leaving two police officers dead.
Candidreporters.com gathered that arms were also looted before setting it up ablaze.
The officers killed during the attack were simply given as SGT Emmanuel and ASP Vincent.
The police officers around the station were said to have made frantic effort to put out the fire but they couldn’t due to unavailable capacity of fire fighting equipment and man power.
