Lagos is coming to Abia!!! Big things are happening in Umuahia this June! Two powerful radio stations Don FM 103.7 and Ikoro FM 93.3 are launching on Friday, June 27th, at Umuawa Alaocha in Abia State.
Hosted by Chairman of Don Media Group; Mayor Lucky Igbokwe aka Don Lulu, the day will feature cultural displays, community tributes, and performances by Davido, Timaya, Kcee, Cubana Chief Priest, Bright Chimezie, Peruzzi, Zlatan, Zoro, Jeriq and Sabinus all expertly guided by the comedic hosting of Funnybone.
It’s also Don Lulu’s birthday, a double the celebration! The former Abia State Governorship aspirant and philanthropist says this landmark event is beyond the festivities but will also serve as a platform for recognizing the invaluable contributions of key supporters and stakeholders of Abia’s youth development.
This will also mark the unveiling of new training opportunities for local youth in the broadcasting and entertainment sectors. This initiative underscores a commitment to community development and talent nurturing, ensuring the event leaves a lasting legacy of empowerment and growth for the next generation.
