Representatives of Bende youth associations have hailed the appointment of Chief Iheanyi Frank Chinasa as Liaison Officer, National Assembly, by Governor Alex Otti, describing it as “apt and strategic”.
This endorsement comes on the heels of Governor Otti’s announcement of seven new appointees and four reassignments, as recently released by his Chief Press Secretary, Ctz. Ukoha Njoku Ukoha. In their separate responses

The groups, who spoke through their leaders, separately commended Governor Otti for choosing Chief Chinasa, citing his extensive exposure as a global citizen, which has equipped him with ambassadorial skills and a deep understanding of political trends. These qualities, they believe, will enable him to deliver effective representation of the Abia government in Abuja.

According to the result of a randomly conducted vox pop sequel to the announcement, Chief Chinasa’s appointment has been widely welcomed, given his reputation as a seasoned political strategist, community leader and avowed philanthropist. In their separate reactions Dr Silas Eke, Mr James Chukwu and Mrs Stella Okorie variously stated that the appointment is a true case of putting a round peg in a round hole, affirming that Chief Chinasa will make Abia proud in Abuja.

The Bende youth associations therefore urged Chief Chinasa to remain committed to his ideals of selfless service to humanity, which according to them has consistently distinguished him in his political career. They subsequently pledged their sustained support in achieving the goals of his new appointment.

With his wealth of experience and expertise, Chief Chinasa is poised to make a significant impact in his new role as Liaison Officer, National Assembly.
Political watchers believe that his appointment is a further proof of Governor Otti’s commitment to assembling a team of highly skilled and dedicated individuals to drive the development of Abia State.
