If Governor Alex Otti was pre-occupied with politics, politicking and re-election, the giant strides he has recorded in government, which have seen the state consistently appear positive in all indices of governance, wouldn’t have been possible. At least, Port Harcourt road, Ohanku road, Umuahia-Uzuakoli-Abiriba-Ohafia road and Omenuko Bridge which are all legacy projects would not have been completed in record time.
