The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) in collaboration with the federal government of Nigeria Livelihood Improvement Family Enterprises-Niger Delta (LIFE-ND) Project, on Monday, in Umuahia, the Abia state capital signed a memorandum of understanding between project, the incubators and the incubatees .

Dr. Uchenna Rowland Onyeizu, the project co-coordinator said: “the content of the memorandum of understanding, is what is expected from the project, the incubator and the incubatees.”

Dr. Uchenna Rowland further explained that it’s for the purpose of having a clearer understanding and going forward in other to avoid unforeseen conflict between all parties involved.

One of the guarantors present at the event was HRH. Eze Victor U. Asonye ,the Okputa II of Asaokpuja Aba autonomous community of Aba south local government area. In his address, he advised all the incubators to take the project serious in other to achieve the aim of the project.

The six days Batch 2 business development orientation training for incubators and incubates was said to climax with the visitation of some Agro integrated farms within Abia to build the interest and understanding of the incubatees.
