As the much awaited Abia State Election Debate kick-off date approaches, Professor Anthony Chidi Agbazuere and Ginger Onwusibe is set to ‘lock horns’ to win the minds of the people from their constituency as both will feature to slog it out in the scheduled Abia election debate.

Both experienced politicians are contesting to represent Isiala-Ngwa North/South Federal Constituency in the green chamber.

Prof. Agbazuere is the former Chief of Staff to Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu and Hon. Ginger Onwusibe is a member of the Abia State House of Assembly representing Isiala Ngwa North Constituency.

Prof. Agbazuere is a candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) while Hon. Ginger Onwusibe is a candidate of Labour Party(LP).

Both candidate has declared interest and showed commitment to participate in the much publicized Abia election debate which has been re-scheduled to kick-off January 23, 2023 against earlier publicized January 16, 2023. The current adjustment is due to unforseen organizational issues.

The debate is organized by the Abia State Election Debate Group(ASEDT).

The debate will engage the Governorship candidates, Deputy Governorship, Senatorial and House of Representatives Candidates across Abia State.

The Debate will be aired across partnering radio stations, streamed on online Tv channels from January 2023.
