Abia 2023: INEC Collates 6 More LGA’s, Obingwa On Hold (See results)

The Independent National Electoral Commission in Abia state on Monday collated 16 results out of the 17 results of the local government areas of Abia State.

Professor Nnenna, the Abia State Electoral Officer of Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has adjourned collation of results in Abia State till Tuesday 21, 2023 due to directives from the national headquarters of INEC.

According to Professor Nnenna, a directive was gotten from the national headquarters of INEC to suspend the collation of results from Obingwa local government area of Abia State.

She immediately announced that the collation session has adjourned till when INEC team will arrive Abia tomorrow for assessment of all results collated and that of Obingwa local government area remains suspended until INEC team from the national headquarters arrives and makes statement.
